ipartment announces new serviced apartment building in Stuttgart

  • 64 fully equipped designer serviced apartments

Cologne/Stuttgart - ipartment GmbH, the leading provider of serviced apartments in Germany, is expanding its portfolio with a new location in the state capital of Baden-Württemberg. A modern apartment building with 64 units will be built at Heilbronner Strasse 324 in the Stuttgart-Nord district by the third quarter of 2027.

“With the new location in Heilbronner Straße, we are finally offering our guests a temporary home in a prime location in Stuttgart,” says Ralph Stock, founder and CEO of ipartment GmbH. “The proximity to Pragsattel, the Europaviertel and the city center makes this location particularly attractive for business travelers and long-term guests.”

The project is being realized by a local family office. The renowned Esslingen-based firm Marggraf Architektur is responsible for the architectural planning and has developed a coherent concept for the new building in close cooperation with the owner. The ipartments will be realized from the fifth to the seventh floor, the lower four floors will be used by a B&B hotel - both concepts have their own entrance with lobby and lounge.

A total of 64 serviced apartments with a gross floor area of 2,550 square meters are being built, divided into the categories S (22 sqm), M (38 sqm) and L (45 sqm).

The building is being constructed to the particularly energy-efficient GEG 40 standard. This means that it already meets significantly stricter sustainability and energy efficiency requirements than those prescribed by law and ensures low operating costs while providing a high level of living comfort.

Heilbronner Straße is one of Stuttgart's most important traffic arteries and offers excellent public transport connections. Thanks to its proximity to several subway stations, guests can quickly reach the city center, the main train station and other central hubs in the region. The connection via the B27 is also ideal by car.

The surrounding area also boasts numerous shopping and leisure options: The nearby Milaneo shopping center, the city library on Mailänder Platz and the green Killesbergpark offer a wide range of options for relaxation and activities after a day's work.

With the new building in Stuttgart, ipartment is expanding its range of high-quality serviced apartments and responding to the ever-increasing demand for flexible living with hotel comfort in urban locations.
