There are 32 design apartments with 22 to 71 square meters in a space of approximately 1,200 square meters. The units are available in categories XS to L. The house was completed and occupied in August 2024.
History meets design in the Kesselhaus
Brickwork, boiler room and a glass elevator
The brick building, which was built in 1948 and is a listed monument, still houses two of the original three boilers. The entrance area with the glass elevator is located in this historic part of the building. The new building with an iron facade takes on the industrial charm of the old boiler house. The apartments are furnished with designer furniture, just like in all ipartment homes. Each category includes a kitchen and a work area.
