Good, large apartment near the train station with all the necessary amenities. Perfect for events.

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment.
I checked their application online. As soon as that was done, they shared with me the apartment number and the code with which I could open the doors of the portal and the apartment.
I had no problem with that and found it very convenient not to depend on anyone when arriving at the apartment. Easy parking on the street (at least on weekends). -
I lived there for 3 months and the team was super friendly, the room was (XS) compact as expected but equipped with everything you need, smartly decorated and always made sure there were fresh towels and bed linen. The location is very good and connected to highways, a short walk to the city center or the train station, no longer than 5-6 minutes. For a stay for business purposes like mine, it was great. And there is an extra bonus for the house keeping team, they automatically put a fan in the room when it was super hot. I can recommend it

Many of these vehicles are sold, restored, serviced and rented by professional providers. Private classic car and sports car owners can display and admire their „treasures“ in glass showcases and have access to them 24 hours a day.
Restaurants, accessory shops, galleries, and flight and racing simulators offer everything that enriches the hobby and makes every stay an unforgettable experience. Admission is available year-round and is free.

Frequently asked questions
From €50 per night or €1,490 per month. The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, VAT, and regular cleaning with fresh laundry. You’ll get the best price when booking through our website.
You have more space than in a hotel room and a private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. As at a hotel, you can check in from 3 PM. Cleaning with fresh bedding and towels is included and you can reach us around the clock. Instead of a breakfast buffet and room service, you can simply cook yourself whenever you want.
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the information about your arrival and your personal access via email. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
You cancel your booking one night and stay for up to 6 months. Monthly prices apply for stays of 28 nights or more. You can extend at any time online through the digital guest book or with our reservation team.
For stays under a month, we clean weekly; for stays longer than that, every two weeks, with a change of linen. You can add an extra cleaning for an additional fee. Washing machines and dryers are located in the laundry room; you book and pay for them via the WeWash app.
Many houses have their own parking spaces, subject to availability and by reservation. It is best to ask for your parking space directly during booking, by email welcome@ipartment.de or under +49 221 921 636 200. Where there are no parking spaces of your own, we can help you with parking garages nearby.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we charge the full rental price. If you booked through a booking portal, please contact them directly.
