Selected ipartment homes are part of @HOME by Best Western. There you can collect points in the free loyalty program Best Western Rewards – and redeem them worldwide.
Double points!
Worldwide until December 31st
With the worldwide Best Western Rewards campaign, you will earn double points by the end of the year – also at our @HOME hotels. To do this, register in your Rewards account under „Bonus Point Promotions“.
And it gets even better: For stays in November and December, we double the points you earn. Then you can collect up to 4x points with us.

Book a participating house through our website and provide your membership number. Bookings through portals like booking.com do not count.

Since the end of 2025, we have been working with BWH Hotels Central Europe. Selected properties have been operating under the Longstay brand since then. @HOME by Best Western.
Your stay won't change that: the same design apartments, the same kitchen, the same team on site. Plus, the loyalty program of one of the world's largest hotel groups. For those who travel a lot professionally, this means collecting points in the apartment and the hotel that can be used in the same account.

By signing up, you become a Blue member. Starting with five nights in a calendar year, you can increase your points and receive bonus points for every stay. Prize nights also count towards your status.

Nothing. Membership in Best Western Rewards is free and doesn’t require you to do anything.

Register before your arrival and provide your membership number when booking. If you have forgotten it, please let us know at least when checking out. Points are awarded for bookings directly with us, not for bookings through online travel portals such as booking.com or Expedia, nor through tour operators.
Did you book through a portal? When you check in at our house, you’ll still receive 500 points as a welcome bonus.
For every US dollar of room price (converted into points), you earn 10 points. From Gold status on, bonus points are added to your tier, and with promotions you can earn even more.
For long-term stays of more than 30 nights, Best Western Rewards does not award points. Exceptions include group, airline, employee, and net stays, among others. If you are unsure, please ask us before booking.
No. Points earned with Best Western Rewards do not expire.
You can already redeem rewards starting at 3,600 points, for example:
- Premium nights at hotels of BWH Hotels worldwide
- „Pay with Points“: pay part of the bill with 5,000 points, in participating hotels
- Rewards in Premium shop
- Miles with partner airlines
For stays that are more than six months old, you can add them to your online account under „Missing points“. To do this, keep your invoice ready. It is also possible to add stays up to 30 days before your registration.
With the Status Match feature, you can have your Elite status recognized by another hotel chain within Best Western Rewards.
