Terms and conditions for ipartment GmbH prize competitions

1. Organizers
   The organizer of the prize game is ipartment GmbH, Hohenstaufenring 62, 50674 Cologne (hereinafter referred to as „the Organizer“).
   
2. Eligibility to participate
   • All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have their residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
   • Employees of ipartment GmbH, their family members, and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the prize game are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period
   The participation period will be announced in the respective prize draw posting. Entries made outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.
   
4. Requirements for participation
5. • Participation takes place through the steps specified in the winning game posting (e.g., liking, following the account, commenting, tagging people, etc.).
   • Each person may only participate in one prize draw. Multiple entries will not be counted.
   • Participation is free of charge and is not tied to the purchase of goods or services.
6. Profits
7. • The prize described in the winning entry posting will be awarded among the valid entries. No cash payment or exchange of the prize is possible.
   • Winnings are non-transferable.
8. Winner selection and notification
9. • The winner/s will be determined by random selection within [e.g. 5 working days] after the end of the participation period.
   • The winner notification is usually sent via a direct message or comment on the respective social media channel used.
   • If the winner/s does not respond within [e.g. 3 days] after notification, the entitlement to the prize will lapse and a new winner/s will be drawn.

7. Publication
   By participating, the participants agree that their names may be mentioned in the event of a win on the social media channels or websites of ipartment GmbH.
   
8. Exclusion of participants
   The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these participation conditions, engage in manipulation or dishonest behavior.
   
9. Data protection
10. • The organizer stores and uses the collected data exclusively for the implementation and processing of the prize draw.
    • After the prize draw has ended, all personal data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.

11. Disclaimer

• The organizer is not liable for technical or other problems that are beyond its control and can lead to a disruption of the prize draw.
• Claims for damages against the organizer that are related to the prize competition are excluded – insofar as legally permissible.

11. Legal action & applicable law

• The right of appeal is excluded.
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

12. Change in participation conditions / Early termination

• The organizer reserves the right to change the participation conditions, provided that this is necessary and the participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
• Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition for important reasons at any time without prior notice, in particular in case of technical complications.

13. Exemption from Instagram/Facebook

• This competition is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.
• The recipient of the provided information is exclusively ipartment GmbH.

By participating in the prize draw, the participants accept these terms of participation.
