Cologne/Duesseldorf – ipartment, one of the leading providers in the business long-stay segment, has signed another rental agreement for a new serviced apartment building in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel directly at the beginning of the year. „We will continue to consistently pursue the dynamic expansion strategy in 2025,“ says Ralph Stock, partner and CEO of ipartment GmbH.
The project, located at Hansaallee 224-228, is characterized by sustainability, high-quality interior design, and modern living comfort. The existing building with a brick facade will be modernized as part of a comprehensive revitalization. The goal is to achieve a BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), which emphasizes commitment to ecological, social, and economic sustainability. „The careful renovation allows us to conserve resources while creating a high-quality living environment for our guests in the familiar apartment design and style,“ reports Ralph Stock.
From the first to the third floor, 105 serviced apartments will be built on approximately 4,000 square meters of gross floor area. The house is arranged in a H-shape and offers a landscaped courtyard for relaxing. The categories XS, S, M and L are offered, which are ideally tailored to the needs of business travelers, expats and commuters. The on-site underground parking lot will provide 90 parking spaces for guests. A fitness studio will move into the ground floor of the building, enriching the urban offer of the district. A public transport shuttle stop is located in the immediate vicinity.
The owner of the property is Projektisten Nr.06 GmbH & Co. KG from Düsseldorf. Projektisten will implement the revitalization of the building in collaboration with the Christ architectural firm from Siegen. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
