Eschborn, July 2026 – BWH Hotels Central Europe – a company of the DEHAG Hospitality Group – is further expanding its presence in the serviced apartment market. To the eight existing properties under the cooperation with ipartment, three new properties will be added at the locations in Frankfurt Eastside, Fürth and Düsseldorf by the end of the year. The international hotel group and the company, which has been one of the pioneers and leading providers of serviced apartments since 2008, are thus launching the next phase of the collaboration that began in November 2025. „The successful cooperation in recent months has shown the potential in our partnership. In a hospitality segment that is still relatively new to us, we were able to achieve very good results in a very short time. As with the locations in Berlin, Braunschweig, Böblingen, Darmstadt, Cologne, Leverkusen and Wolfsburg, the new co-working spaces also operate under the @HOME by Best Western subbrand.
Internationally visible: Serviced Apartments made in Germany
The ipartment Frankfurt Eastside, @HOME by Best Western, with a total of 61 units, some of which are designed in a loft style, will open in November 2026. The ipartment Düsseldorf, @HOME by Best Western, with 126 units, will launch in December in the renowned Seestern business district. The opening of the ipartment Fürth, @HOME by Best Western, with 99 units in a central city location, is scheduled for January 2027. „The trustful and professional collaboration with BWH, which has been established from the very beginning, continues to develop successfully,“ says Ralph Stock, founder and CEO of ipartment. „The positive developments of the past months confirm that the cooperation is an important building block for our sustainable growth.“ This is underlined by Daniel Brünenberg, COO of ipartment: „The collaboration with BWH creates a real added value for us in terms of sales: Through increased national and international visibility, new sales channels and professional sales support, we can specifically expand our market presence and unlock additional booking potential.“ ipartment GmbH, based in Cologne, currently operates 16 open serviced apartment buildings with around 1,300 units.

From two apartments in Cologne, there are now over 1,300 Design Apartments in Germany (for a further 1,300 apartments, rental agreements have already been signed). The apartments have a size of approximately 20 square meters to around 70 square meters, some with balconies or even a roof terrace.
The current occupancy rate of the properties is 89 percent. Of this, 85 percent are business travelers and the remaining 15 percent are private travelers. The average length of stay in the long-stay category at ipartment is 37 days.
The approximately 80 employees currently manage 16 locations.
Since November 2025, ipartment has been a member of the international hotel network Best Western International. The affiliated ipartment hotels are operated under the @HOME by Best Western subbrand.
