Your apartment in Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel

The hotel alternative between the main train station and the banks district

The Bahnhofsviertel is one of the most well-known and at the same time most controversial districts in Germany. Here, Frankfurt shows its most direct side, with its international gastronomy, office locations, hotels, and urban daily life. Our ipartment Haus is located right in the middle of the action and at the same time only a few steps from the main train station, the bank district, and the city center.

  • Comfortable and well-appointed mini-apartment, functional and in an excellent location, considering the distance to the main train station. Friendly and helpful staff!

  • Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is clean and has kitchen utensils. The hotel is 5 minutes from the main train station. There are many restaurants nearby. Great price.

    Byron J. on Airbnb

  • Good hotel, the people at the reception are always friendly and smiling. The decor is nice, a small kitchen with everything you need to cook. Only the area is not optimal, there are many homeless people.

Episode 1

Your neighborhood. Your judgment.

Many people know the Frankfurt train station district primarily from headlines. What does everyday life actually look like in this district?

„You’re afraid of things you don’t know about.“

Nazim Alemdar

In this video, two people speak up who know the neighborhood from personal experience: Karim El Issaoui, ipartment’s house manager in Taunusstraße, and Nazim Alemdar, who has been a resident of the station district for decades and works there.

Arriving with a good feeling

We are aware of the special dynamics of the station district.

Therefore, we recommend using the access via the „Kaiserpassage“. This route is quieter and avoids the heavily frequented areas around Taunusstraße. During opening hours, a security service is also present there.

Frequently asked questions

Starting at €45 per night or €1,290 per month. The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, VAT, and regular cleaning with fresh laundry. You’ll get the best price when booking through our website.

You have more space than in a hotel room and a private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. As at a hotel, you can check in from 3 PM. Cleaning with fresh bedding and towels is included and you can reach us around the clock. Instead of a breakfast buffet and room service, you can simply cook yourself whenever you want.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the information about your arrival and your personal access via email. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior arrangement.

You cancel your booking one night and stay for up to 6 months. Monthly prices apply for stays of 28 nights or more. You can extend at any time online through the digital guest book or with our reservation team.

For stays under a month, we clean weekly; for stays longer than that, every two weeks, with a change of linen. You can add an extra cleaning for an additional fee. Washing machines and dryers are located in the laundry room; you book and pay for them via the WeWash app.

Many houses have their own parking spaces, subject to availability and by reservation. It is best to ask for your parking space directly during booking, by email welcome@ipartment.de or under +49 221 921 636 200. Where there are no parking spaces of your own, we can help you with parking garages nearby.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we charge the full rental price. If you booked through a booking portal, please contact them directly.
