Apartment in a very elegant area of Berlin (Charlottenburg) in a historic building, on the second floor with an elevator. Very nice common areas at the entrance, including a laundry room that can be booked via an app (also in English) for a very fair price. My apartment had a kitchenette at the entrance that was well equipped and even included detergent and sponge (which is not usually a given). Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and great shower!

The location of the apartments was very good. There is also a shared kitchen in the apartments, as well as a living area. Everything is very well furnished. And many things have also been thought of. For example, there are coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets for a quick start. Personally, I would have liked more light in the bathroom.

For the restoration, we therefore relied solely on the best: the architects Patzschke & Partner (Hotel Adlon) and hotel interior specialist and architect Rolf Wacha. And the furnishings? 100 % Italian design by Bonaldo.

From €70 per night or €2,030 per month. The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, VAT and regular cleaning with fresh laundry. You’ll get the best price when booking through our website.
You have more space than in a hotel room and a private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. As at a hotel, you can check in from 3 PM. Cleaning with fresh bedding and towels is included and you can reach us around the clock. Instead of a breakfast buffet and room service, you can simply cook yourself whenever you want.
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the information about your arrival and your personal access via email. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
You cancel your booking one night and stay for up to 6 months. Monthly prices apply for stays of 28 nights or more. You can extend at any time online through the digital guest book or with our reservation team.
For stays under a month, we clean weekly; for stays longer than that, every two weeks, with a change of linen. You can add an extra cleaning for an additional fee. Washing machines and dryers are located in the laundry room; you book and pay for them via the WeWash app.
Many houses have their own parking spaces, subject to availability and by reservation. It is best to ask for your parking space directly during booking, by email welcome@ipartment.de or under +49 221 921 636 200. Where there are no parking spaces of your own, we can help you with parking garages nearby.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we charge the full rental price. If you booked through a booking portal, please contact them directly.
