About ipartment GmbH:
ipartment GmbH was founded in Cologne in 2008. The company is now the leading German provider of serviced apartments in the business long-stay segment. With „First Choice Second Home”, ipartment offers people a concept that prefers to „stay at home on the go“ rather than in a hotel. The special feature is the design-oriented equipment of the apartments and houses, the fully digitized guest journey, and the all-round service.
From two apartments in Cologne, there are now 1,300 Design Apartments in Germany. The apartments have a size of approximately 20 square meters to around 70 square meters, some with balconies or even a roof terrace.
The current occupancy rate of the houses is 92 percent. Of that, 90 percent are business travelers and the remaining 10 percent are private travelers. The average length of stay in the long-stay category is 45 days at ipartment. The approximately 70 employees currently manage 17 locations as well as a co-working space. The further expansion – especially into European countries – is a focus.
