The location is ideal – you can get to the airport by bus in just 6 minutes. We didn’t get to meet the staff directly. There was only phone contact, but we were always helped. Check-in was hassle-free using the link that came by email. We liked the option to take the breakfast with us as a packed lunch. The beds were also very comfortable.

Very, very stylish, modern, and the inventory is of the highest quality throughout. Everything is there that you might need in some way or another. I am very impressed and will be staying here regularly when I come to Berlin. The best part: the brilliant shower with a rainshower and a normal faucet combined with the cool lighting concept. The app-controlled door opening is also very innovative and works great. 🙂

It had everything you needed: a small kitchen, a comfortable bed, a TV. Everything in the kitchen was high-quality brand name appliances. You could get drinks from the kiosk downstairs. The room even had an iron. Checking in was very easy. The bathroom is modernly equipped. When the windows are open, you can barely hear the airplane noise. Sometimes we could sleep with the windows open. If you needed anything or there were any problems, you could call at any time and a solution was always found. We are very satisfied that we booked this apartment. We would definitely come back again.

Shopping and dining at the airport

The newly opened airport offers numerous shopping opportunities, a large REWE supermarket, and also a large food court with various catering concepts.
But services such as hairdressers, car rental, car sharing, and a medical center are also located at the airport. The ipartment location is just a few minutes away and can be reached in a few minutes by car, public transport, and with your own electric scooters.

Starting at €48 per night or €1,390 per month. The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, VAT, and regular cleaning with fresh laundry. You’ll get the best price when booking through our website.
You have more space than in a hotel room and a private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. As at a hotel, you can check in from 3 PM. Cleaning with fresh bedding and towels is included and you can reach us around the clock. Instead of a breakfast buffet and room service, you can simply cook yourself whenever you want.
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the information about your arrival and your personal access via email. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
You cancel your booking one night and stay for up to 6 months. Monthly prices apply for stays of 28 nights or more. You can extend at any time online through the digital guest book or with our reservation team.
For stays under a month, we clean weekly; for stays longer than that, every two weeks, with a change of linen. You can add an extra cleaning for an additional fee. Washing machines and dryers are located in the laundry room; you book and pay for them via the WeWash app.
Many houses have their own parking spaces, subject to availability and by reservation. It is best to ask for your parking space directly during booking, by email welcome@ipartment.de or under +49 221 921 636 200. Where there are no parking spaces of your own, we can help you with parking garages nearby.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we charge the full rental price. If you booked through a booking portal, please contact them directly.
