Reservation
Love at first sight? Of course! The ipartment journey begins with satisfied guests already during the booking process. And it’s our reservation team that plays a special role in this first impression: as the first point of contact for our future tenants.
You assist our future guests with their inquiries about our apartments, prices, and locations: How far is it to the airport? Where can I park well? No problem for you. You are passionate about not only selling many rooms quickly: Every guest should find the right apartment for themselves.
Guest management
All-rounder at work: As a guest manager, you are the direct contact for our guests in our apartment buildings. With your efforts, you ensure that the ipartment experience is lived and experienced on-site.
Whether it’s check-in or house tours, coordinating the cleaning companies or simply having an open ear – you give ipartment a face and cover everything that ensures the well-being of our guests.
Sales
As a sales representative, you are our voice to the outside world. But don’t get me wrong: you are not a „simple“ salesperson: you represent ipartment with heart and mind and identify 100% % with our philosophy. This energy is priceless.
Potential customers notice this too! Anyone who meets our sales team will quickly notice: The ipartment spirit is lived and spread here.
Operations
I have all the strings in my hands! In the operations team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in our various locations. In this department, you are the link between our employees at the locations and the HQ in Cologne.
Whether it’s training new employees, implementing new locations, or communicating with external partners—your work strengthens the colleagues in the houses behind you.
Accounting
No one is above you! Because you are responsible for the accounting. And with over 1,200 apartments in various cities, counting up the money is definitely a thing of the past. You love numbers and work with your team at full speed.
Whether it’s about recording incoming or outgoing invoices, or about reminders or monthly billing for individual locations – it’s not boring here!
