The fully equipped serviced apartments, measuring approximately 19 to 43 square meters, are spread over four floors with a total area of 1,020 square meters. Of this, 85 percent are business travelers and the remaining 15 percent are private travelers. The average length of stay in the long-stay category is 37 days for ipartment.
