With effect from June 1, 2024, Daniel Br\u00fcnenberg (39) has joined the management of ipartment GmbH in Cologne as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cologne<\/strong> \u2013 In his newly created position, he will be responsible for the commercial tasks within the company in the future. Exactly one year earlier, he joined the nationwide largest provider of design serviced apartments in the business longstay segment as Head of Sales\/Operation Process Manager. Of that, 90 percent are business travelers and the remaining 10 percent are private travelers. The average length of stay in the long-stay category is 45 days at ipartment. The approximately 70 employees currently manage 17 locations as well as a co-working space.
