The ipartment Xtra Smart offers everything you need for a stylish and comfortable stay. It has a fully equipped design kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, a small work space with an armchair, a modern bathroom, and a high-quality oak wood flooring. At 1.40 m, your bed is so wide that you have plenty of room. Fancy a little change of scenery? From mid-2019 you can also relax in our lounge on the ground floor.
The ipartment Xtra Smart is ideal for people who are travelling alone and want a great ipartment with an optimum price/performance ratio. And for those who, for example, want to reach the VW plant within the shortest time possible. Also available as +version with a nice terrace. Delicious breakfast is available on request from „Mutter Grün“, the organic supermarket on the ground floor of the house.
