While the district was still considered an industrial location in the 19th century, young and modern media companies have now taken over the old industrial buildings. Now there is an interesting mix of different cultures living proudly in this up-and-coming district – not far from Köln Messe.
In our building, pure, original materials like concrete and wood meet modern design. Our love for detail is palpable – from pinboards made of 150-year-old oak wood, custom-made cupboards and beds, or decorative bowls made of concrete, individually and exclusively manufactured by hand. This is the place to be. The energy balance of the passive house building is also special, with a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius – without having to put the combined heat and power unit into operation.
